09:05 am - Wow - havent posted in a while - Ninja 300 - Weight - Job

Well, I just purchased a brand new 2014 Ninja 300 special edition on Saturday!! Cant wait for it to be delivered and to get the damn Harley out of my garage. Hopefully someone will enjoy the Harley and it wont cause them as many problems as it did me. Also, My weight is around 170 pounds currently. I stopped the intermittent fasting and just started eating 5-6 times a day again. I also found out that, if sweet potatoes are baked with olive oil and witj the right spices, they can be very delicious. As for work, i accepted a Systems Analyst position for the Cancer Centers on February 5th and will start on March 24th since Debbie felt like keeping me in this spot way too long (because she sucks as a human and likes holding people back). But oh well, i'm starting the new position in I.T. so thats all i need to know.

Wow!! Bonnie (my coder 2 boss) just stopped in to see me!! she was here for a meeting! That was awesome!! She let me in on a lot of dirt on Rich - ugh...not too surprising but oh well. She's also retireing in June (good for her!) She made my day! I told her that I was transferring to the cancer centeres to be a systems analyst and she was happy to hear and also said that i would like the management a whole lot better there than here because she's not too fond of my current boss. thats so crazy how everyone knows about her!!! I'm really happy to be leaving here now!! :)

08:44 am - Fasting day 7

Well, i was hungry again this morning. weighed in at 181.8 this morning so still hanging around the 182 mark. Opened my rockstar punched at about 8am. the interview yesterday went kinda ok. I'm not too pleased with what there schedule is (8-5ish) so they will have to pay me at least 15 - 20% more than i'm making now to even consider the position. Skipped the gym because of the interview so that sucks. I will be going today and try to do arms and maybe throw in some squats. not sure if i'm going to LA fitness or fitness 19 yet though (just renewed our memberships with LA fitness this week).

08:46 am - Intermittent fast day 6

I forgot to weigh myself this morning :(  so i have no idea what I weigh right now. Its 8:43am. and i'm currently drinking my morning monster. I wasn't as hungry as i was yesterday morning which is good. Today will be a rest day for the gym because i have an interview at the quantum building for a operations analyst 2 position. I'll leave work at around 11am and go home and eat and eat and eat...get ready for my interview and interview for the position, and them come back home and eat some more lol. thats it for my thoughts currently. hopefully the interview goes well!

01:28 pm - Intermittent fasting day 5

I woke up hungry as hell this morning!!! i drank some water when i woke up and more water when i got to work. Around 8am i opened my monster and drank that bad boy to help keep my mind off of the hunger. I think today was the hardest day to fast until 11am...but i did it successfully. My weight this morning was 182...which was very strange since i was 181 yesterday morning and i didnt cheat on my fast at all. so i was 1 pound heavier and more hungry this morning. a little weird but we'll see what happens. eh...thats my update i guess.

01:23 pm - Intermittent Fasting - Day 4

Well, I've been intermittent fasting for about 4 days. I'm breaking my fast at 11am and starting my fast at around 7pm. So i'm giving myself an 8 hour window to eat and working out in the middle of that window 4-5 days a week. We'll see how it goes. I weighed in at 181 this morning which is pretty good since i started my fast around 184. I'm doing chicken, brown rice, and vegetables for most of my meals and also going to eat apples and banana's as my fruits. Since intermittent fasting doesn't tell you what to eat but just when to eat, i believe i can be a little more lenient that just diving into some lo-cal diet and starving myself, but i'm still going to try and keep my diet clean 5 days a week. good luck to me lol
